Senior Presents Fellow Golfer with Service Award

Senior Ayanna Habeel presented Holy Innocents student Haven Ward with the APIVEO Player of the Month Award at East Lake Golf Club on March 24. The APIVEO Award is presented monthly to an outstanding male and female student-athlete that are active leaders in their communities.

As the award recipient, Haven donated her $1,000 award in Ayanna's name to the Warrick Dunn Charities to assist single parents in obtaining home ownership. Ayanna was the January 2015 recipient of the APIVEO Award.

APIVEO’s mission is to have a positive long lasting impact on youth. APIVEO strives to empower youth coaches by giving them simple, positive, and age-appropriate life and leadership lessons to share with their team.
